Our beloved Koring Villa has been sold and will return to being a Private Family Country Home effective 25 May 2026. 

Thank you to every one of our guests who have supported us over the past 10 years. We have no doubt that special memories have been made during each visit. Here’s to many more at any one of the other beautiful properties in Koringberg.

Koring Villa is a beautiful country villa situated in the small town of Koringberg, 18.2 km from Moorreesburg and 117 km from Cape Town. Guests are invited to enjoy this untouched piece of paradise and take time to listen to the birds, chickens, peacocks, and the owls nesting close by. Smell the freshly cut wheat of the Swartland and brace yourself for the late afternoon winds.

The villa comprises of 4 en-suite bedrooms, 2 of which are in the main house and the other 2 in the annex. Each bedroom in the main house contains a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms can be configured into a bedroom with 2 single beds if need be. There are 2 bedrooms in the annex, each with a shower en suite. There is 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed, and the other bedroom contains a king-size bed. There is a kiddie’s bedroom that leads off this bedroom, with a bunk bed. This room is only available on request at an additional charge.

The main house comprises of a kitchen, and an open-plan dining area and lounge with fireplace. The main house opens onto an outside patio that has a lounge area as well as an 8-seater outside table for entertaining. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge to include a bar fridge as well as a separate freezer, oven, stove, and a microwave. This lovely home offers ample relaxation areas, as well as braai facilities and free Wi-Fi.
